1. Services

CurbCare provides weekly garbage bin moving and cleaning services to residential customers throughout the Bay Area. Our services include:

  • Moving your garbage bins from your storage location to the curb on collection day
  • Returning your bins to your preferred storage location after collection
  • Weekly sanitization and cleaning of your bins (included in select plans)

2. Subscription Plans

We offer monthly subscription plans with various service levels. All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and service will continue until the end of your current billing period.

3. Service Area

Our services are currently available throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, including San Francisco, San Mateo County, Santa Clara County, Alameda County, and surrounding areas. Service availability at your specific address will be confirmed during signup.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Ensure bins are accessible for pickup on scheduled service days
  • Notify us of any changes to bin locations or service needs
  • Maintain a safe path for our service providers to access bins
  • Pay subscription fees on time

5. Billing and Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. One-time deep cleaning services are billed at the time of service.

6. Limitation of Liability

CurbCare is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the current billing period.
